Deb´s Threads was purchased by Jen Kolankowski April 1, 2019 from Deb Sommers who ran the business for 17 years out of her home. Since purchasing the business we have continued to grow. 

If you come in the shop you will hear embroidery machines running by Angie Wilson, see Britney Wilson doing custom work and we have a few part timers who work as well. 

We love to do stuff for Plum Boro community, businesses all over, Gateway, Franklin and anybody else who asks. 

Building relationship and working with each individual customer to get them what they want is very important to us.  Looking forward to working with you!

FAQ's

1. Do you ship to countries other than the United States of America?

Yes, we can mail any of our items to any location on the planet.

2. What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

All orders are estimated to be processed and then delivered around 7-12 business days after purchase. 

In case of uncommon logistics issues, it may take a few more business days. 

Feel safe your order is always in good hands and will make sure to be delivered safely to your address.

3. My order has yet to arrive.

The products are usually shipped out within 1-2 days of receiving payment. If the deadline has passed, please write us an email so that we can provide you with additional information.

4. My order has yet to arrive.

If you have not received your order, please contact us so that we can look into it. This is due to the fact that international orders must go through customs.

5. I'm concerned about the security of my credit card information.

Because we utilize global secure payment gateways to process all of our transactions, you can be confident that they are fully secure.


6. Why did only one thing arrive when the rest did not?

We have a number of warehouses in various locations for logistics purposes. Depending on stock, your products may be shipped from multiple warehouses. There's no reason to be concerned; this is a common occurrence. Your second item(s) will very certainly arrive soon. Please send us an email if you have any additional concerns.

7. I had an issue with my order.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. Please contact us as soon as possible and take photos of the damage so that we can repair it for free.

8. I'd want to make a few modifications to my order or cancel it entirely.

Changes can only be made during the first 24 hours of purchase. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can help you make the necessary changes to your order.
